Users can remove pages with remove page permission via moving the page

      I have attached a vido, that shows the 'error'? click on the htm-file.
      Let me explain, I can remove resp. save a page into another space without the right to remove a page.
      When I save a page in another space the page isn't still present in the source-space.
      In this way I can destroy a whole space only with the right "create"
      Please check if this is a feature or a bug.
