FYI, what follows was an internal email thread spawned upon discovering the new <div> tag that was added that maps a double-click anywhere on the page to take you to the edit page.
Don't know if it's easy to make this "disable-able" (other than through the action we already took) but at least you might appreciate the usability feedback.
Sadly very much hardcoded. This has been quashed. Maybe we should ask them to make this disableable in a future revision.
