When viewing the Pages RSS feed, there should be an option like 'summary=true' which would result in a short 3 or 4 line summary of the updated Wiki, rather than the full content. When I view this feed with say maxItems=5 the resulting document is still around 3MB which when trying to import and use as a data feed into a browser header causes problems.
