Problem
Mac users keyboard shortcuts aren't supported in the RTE. When they try to do it, the appropriate action doesn't happen. They often then assume that this functionality isn't available.
Example: Users use Command + Z to undo something. This doesn't map to the RTE Ctrl+C so when it comes to undoing tables, the control doesn't work.
Discovered during user sessions.
Fix
Using Javascript, map the shortcut controls to key combinations that Mac Users are used to. Ensure that the tooltip text reflects this.
Reason for priority
This is a commonly encountered problem with Mac Users and a source of user frustration.
