Anonymous User permissions name is not showing correctly in the Administrator Console

      CONF-13276 introduces a new permissions setting for anonymous users.

      This is appearing on the Administrator Console as 'permissions.VIEWUSERPROFILES'

      According to CONF-14361 it should be called 'View User Profiles'
