The combo of a bulleted list (and numbered list) w/ a heading inside a table creates the error condition whenever you edit, switch between rich text/wiki markup.

Here is an example.

Copy the code into Wiki Markup editor and then switch it to Rich Text editor and back.

The problem is whenever switching between Rich Text Editor and Wiki Markup Editor, the Bulleted item is appended to the end of Heading (one at a time).

Result:
