Column titles in the jiraissues macro do not respect changes to the configured global language

      Change the language to French.
      Create a new page using the jiraissues macro.
      Note that the column titles of the macro are displayed in French.

      Now change the language to German.
      Check the page, and the column titles are still displayed in French, while the macro title and the paging text are correctly translated.
