Up and down arrows rendering problem in rich text

    Description

      If I edit a page and insert an UP arrow with the Rich Text Editor when the page is saved the UP arrow is removed.

      If I edit a page and insert an UP arrow in Wiki Editor using code ↑ then the UP arrow is saved properly.

      Why is the UP arrow and DOWN arrow removed when inserting it using the Rich Text Editor?
