Hibernates UpdateTimestampsCache doesn't handle concurrent writes

      The current implementation of Hibernates UpdateTimestampsCache, which is used by the query cache, doesn't handle concurrent writes (as stated by the inline documentation). We need to implement a cluster aware version of the UpdateTimestampsCache.
