Exporting space to PDF where the page contains toc macro, produces error message

      Exporting space to PDF produces nullPointerException in the PDF file.

      The steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page contains the following content: 
        {toc}
h1. test1


h1. test2


h1. test3
      2. Export space where the page belongs to PDF.

      the result is as attached.
