Date formats of jiraissues macro

      In a configuration with Confluence 1.0 + JIRA 2.6.1 + JRA-3913 patch, the

      {jiraissues}

      macro prints created/update/due dates as "Wed, 7 Apr 2004 00:00:00 +0300 (EEST)" instead of the documented "07/Apr/2004" or the Confluence general config's format (copied below). This causes the lists to be very wide with most space wasted by the unnecessary time information.
