I'd vote for this issue.

Would be very helpful to be able to display the people directory in a table view

• including all profile data (personal and company)
• configurable by admin which data to be displayed
• with sortable columns

We're currently maintaining a maually added list to do so - which is lot of work.

I would also like to be able to see the users phone number/extension under the users name and email address in the People directory. This will allow people searching the directory to quickly access this information, e.g. if they have a customer on the phone and want to see what number to pass the call onto.

This will be very useful. When you have a lot users it gets pretty time consuming and tedious trying to find certain people.

I agree, hard to find people when you have hundreds of users.
Would like to see the ability to sort by various fields. A great feature would be if you could create tabs and organize people by department, location, or even last name. When you want to use the People Directory as your main Contact/Info list, you really need more flexibility.
