Open page in Rich Text Editor then click Full Screen to edit content.

Modify but do not save nor close the full screen window.
Wait until a draft is saved then get to the Drafts overview page without saving content nor closing the full screen window.

You either don't see a draft or it is outdated not containing unsaved changes you made in the full screen editor window.
