Alphabetical page view is broken: doesn't show any pages on some letter, shows wrong pages on others

For example:

• http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/listpages-alphaview.action?key=DOC&startsWith=a
• http://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/listpages-alphaview.action?key=DOC&startsWith=o

Despite being much faster in 2.10, the functionality is broken. There are two problems:

• only lowercase letters match, not upper and lower
• each word in the title can match, not just the start.

This means "Another page" will be shown on the 'p' page, but "Page one" won't be.
