InputStream not closed after thumbnail generation

The DefaultThumbnailManager acquires an InputStream for attachment data but never closes it.

This causes issues when transferring attachments from a draft to a page, as the attachment is still locked by confluence. This will occur mostly on linux and windows boxes as Mac OSX does not check for open streams.
