Panel macro does not work on IE 6

      Panel macro does not work on IE 6 using the default macro parameter. The css is not displayed well. The steps to reproduce:

      1. Open up Confluence in IE 6.
      2. Create a page contains the following macro 
        {panel}
testing
{panel}
      3. Save it.

      The macro will not be shown. It is also happening in noformat and code macro. Please find the attachment.
