      Customer want to have this feature implemented in Confluence. Below are the explanation:

      If you register for something (wiki,mailinglist, etc) you provide our name, email and password. After this first step of registration you receive an email with a link included. This link must be clicked to confirm, that it is a valid email adress. After this step, the registration is complete
