Front page should have greyed out icons instead of missing icons

      The list of spaces contains icons, but some icons are not present. See this page:

      http://confluence.atlassian.com/dashboard.action

      They icons should exist, but be greyed out instead. Then you can have tooltips that indicate why they don't exist.
