            Hi Jeanette,

Could you create a support request at http://support.atlassian.com/ and post the details of your problem? We can then work through it with you.

I have the same problem. I can't rename or delete an attachement that has the characters Å,Ä or Ö in it's name.
I have no problems viewing the attachements though.

We have the same problem with all non-ASCII characters in file names.

I tried different database encodings for PostgreSQL database (ASCII, LATIN1, UNICODE) and none of them worked.

The OS is Linux ES 3.

            Ansi,

Can you view and download the attachment? (just not delete or rename it?) Or do no attachment operations work?

            Cheers,
            Dave & Mike
