If Confluence source code is customized and extra css is added to the war, Confluence returns text/html mimetype for all these css files. This causes layout to break because Firefox and other browsers ignore all css that don't have the correct mime type.

Fix is pretty simple and requires only one line of code that modifies the CssServlet. The patch is attached.
