Quick Nav search is not available from "Page Not Found" page

To reproduce:

• Add an attachment to Confluence
• Add a link to that attachment
• Remove the attachment
• Follow the link

This will give you the "Page Not Found" screen - see screenshot

There is a Site Search available on the page, but there is no Quick Nav search available. It would be very useful to have here, as I would want to try to find my missing attachment.
