New 'Max' option to limit the number of children displayed.

      I would like to use the children macro to include the list of child pages but want to limit it to a max number of children displayed. For example if 'Parent Page' has 20 children I would like to use the children macro to only list 5 of them with an option to include a 'More' link to show all or to link to a page showing all.

      Possible notation:

      {children:max=5|moreLink=true}
