Steps to reproduce:

• Edit a page in the rich text editor
• Insert the text "I am making a link to something"
• Highlight "making a link", select the link insertion dialog and make it link to www.example.com

Expected result:

• There is a space after the inserted link between "link" and "to"

Actual result:

• When returning from the link inserter, the space after the link is converted to a "thin space" character
• When the page is saved, the thin space is removed entirely and there is no space after the link

Reproduced in Safari 3.1.2. In FireFox 3, the thin space is inserted before the existing space instead of replacing it.
