Colour Picker does not work correctly with links

      Add a link to a page, then use the colour picker on it.

      You will end up with wiki markup like this:

      {color:#c0c0c0}[http://www.google.com|link]{color}

      This does not cause the link text to change colour. The correct markup should be:

      [{color:#c0c0c0}http://www.google.com{color}|link]
