Images with umlauts, which are referenced on a page, crashes PDF-Export

      e.g. you have an image called "Zusammenhänge.jpg" and reference to it like
      the pdf export will fail.

      Short error message is:

      Caused by: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
