Versioning functionality is half broken ("view change" link within a space/page)

DiffPagesAction has lost access to the hasPreviousVersion(AbstractPage page) and hasNextVersion(AbstractPage page) methods (while being refactored away from the action class hierarchy mess that afflicted previous versions?).
