Macro Tests page looks weird when exported to PDF

    Description

      As I can see from the latests builds, PDF generation has improved significantly.

      However in the 1.1-dev version, there are still a few problems remaining:

      • text not constraint within the panels or code blocks
      • text is starting at the left of the first panel
      • xml code is expanding beyond the right side (minor)
      • no separation between the first panel and the no format block
      • no vertical space before the Comments section
