The login screen does not display the custom site logo, the logout screen displays the logo as expected on the initial logout, however on subsequent refreshes the logo is not shown.

I suspect that this is down to the logged out user not having view attachment/can use confluence permission on the global content entity.

This problem is present in the default theme.
