      In my page text I have this entry:

      ... a [Terms Of Reference|^WiKi TOR.doc] written by ...

      And it appears as

      ... a WiKi TOR.doc written by ...

      Rather than

      ... a Terms Of Reference written by ...

      as I would expect by reference to the guide.
