Currently the cache tuning process is cumbersome. It requires digging up the class name of the cache, placing it in two separate spots in an xml file, and restarting Confluence. It should be controllable from the UI.

Short of this, Atlassian could provide xml templates so that the configuration from file would be a lot easier.
