There are 16 default icons which users can upload as their profile picture – 14 are men and one is a ghost. As someone who is particularly concerned with facilitating community interaction (as most administrators are), this seems like a particularly stunning discrepancy. Either having choices that are all gender neutral – ghosts, cats, spaceships, etc. — or balanced choices would be great.
