Document that installing Confluence to run as a service will not work on 64 bit Windows

      Essentially this is exactly the same issue as http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12965, except for Confluence. JIRA document that it won't work (http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/runasservice.html) but we don't provide a warning.
