The sysadmin page on EAC throws a 503

    Description

      The Sysadmin home page (http://extranet.atlassian.com/display/SYSADMIN/Home) is extremely slow to load. This seems to specific to the page. A quick look at yslow seems to suggest the majority of the time is spent waiting for the initial page.
