Update French and German Translations

      Please find attached your French and German Java files updated with our translations to match the English ConfluenceActionSupport.current-v62454_EN.properties

      We have made insertions, changes and deletions as required.
      Also note that as in our previous projects the line breaking of long codes has been lost through the translation process.
