In space SPACEA, i have a hierarchy as follow :
Private > PageA
The page Private has view restrictions. The page PageA has no restriction, but has many child pages.
Now, when i move page PageA in another space SPACEB (and therefor to another parent page), all the child pages from PageA keep the view restriction from the Private from space SPACEA.
Note this is only viewable from the 'Info' display for each child pages.
To restore correct permission on these child pages, i had to :
- Move each individual child page to a different parent page in SPACEB
- Move them back to the parent page PageA in SPACEB
- Flush the cache (or the permission restriction was still appearing in the page info display)
