Confluence 2.9 not able to startup as Window service

      Windows XP

      In Confluence 2.9, the service.bat file consists of the following line:

      "%EXECUTABLE%" //US//%SERVICE_NAME% ++JvmOptions "-Djava.io.tmpdir=%CATALINA_BASE%\temp -XX:MaxPermSize=128m" --JvmMs 128 --JvmMx 256

      This causes Confluence not able to start up as Windows service. This is the error message shown in the log file:

      SEVERE: Cannot find specified temporary folder at C:\temp\confluence-2.9-std-service\temp -XX:MaxPermSize=128m
