Aggregate WIKI change emails

I've been monitoring a particular space by receiving email updates.

A common pattern is to see a burst of updates to a page, over the space of 5-10 minutes. Seems that people pretty much ignore the 'minor change' checkbox

It'd be great to have these aggregated into one email for a given page. Doesn't bother me if I get the email some short period after the change was made, I'd happily exchange some delay in order to get one email summarizing the changes to that page over that period, rather than get 5-7 emails with trivial changes.

Ideally I'd like to see an algorithm that works something like 'send an email summarizing the changes 5 minutes after the last change was made to the page, but never more than 30 minutes after the first change'.

It's nice to see what's going on, but it'd be nicer if it were less 'noisy'
