Confluence will allow a user to create a page title with an open parenthesis and no closed parenthesis, for example: Page (Title. However, when the page location is changed, the system gives an error.

Confluence should either allow the ability to move pages with an open parenthesis or it should not allow me to create a page with an open parenthesis.
