Add author and last updated by fields for user macros, templates and layouts

It would be helpful to have "Author" and "Last Modified by" fields associated with user macros, layouts and templates, similar to a page in Confluence.
This will make it easy for users to contact the people responsible for the customizations, in terms of the above three factors, on their instance.
