Set an upper limit for attachment size

      Currently no upper size limit has been set in Confluence for specifying Attachment Maximum Size. This allows users to set the limit to a large number that could exceed the JVM limit, leading to problems during indexing.
      Please put an upper limit on this parameter to avoid such issues.
