I have anchor links in a page on my personal namespace, like so:

[#Link To H2 Tag]

Which was prepended with my namespace when I moved the page to another namespace, becoming:

[~myname:#Link To H2 Tag]

Which of course no longer exists. Links to local anchors should be unaffected by moving the location of the page.
