Horizontal scrollbar created in a code macro takes up the most bottom content in a minimize IE 7 browser

      A page with the following markup:

      {code}
      This is some text that could cause a horizantal scroll bar with a narrow enough window
      {code}
      

      Will be replaced by just a horizontal scrollbar in the Internet Explorer 7 if the browser is being minimized. If the browser is maximized, the content re-appears and the scrollbar disappear.

      If there is a page with the following markup:

      {code}
      Line 1 - This is some text that could cause a horizantal scroll bar with a narrow enough window
      Line 2 - This is some text that could cause a horizantal scroll bar with a narrow enough window too.
      {code}
      

      Performing the same steps as above would leads to the scrollbar takes up "Line 2" but not "Line 1".
      It is not reproducible in IE6 and Fire Fox browser.
