Remote API does not support restoring a site using a Backup file.

      Remote API for SOAP does not have a feature to "Restore" a site from a backup file. I would strongly recommend such a feature as this would help to restore a site using a script rather than restoring through the Confluence Dashboard. Please add a method like restoreSite() for the same.
