Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an unordered list with two levels,

2. Save the page,
3. Click Edit,
4. Put the cursor at the end of the first level line and click Return/Enter

After this event the editor doesn't allow the user to edit the elements already inserted and can't create new elements properly (the new elements overlap the existing ones)
