Wysiwyg editor doesn't load up when gliffy plugin fails to load

      The Wysiwyg editor doesn't load because the javascript served by the Tiny mce servlet is not returned.

      The Tinymce servlet is unavailable because when another plugin servlet such as gliffy fails to load and causes a javax.servlet.UnavailableException. This exception in turn causes the Confluence servlet serving the plugin servlets (ServletModuleContainerServlet) to be unloaded and hence the tinymce serlvet is unavailable. This problem should be fixed with PLUG-79.
