Numbered list renders differently in IE6/7 vs Safari 3.1.1 and Firefox

      IE7 is rendering numbered lists very differently vs Safari and Firefox. Our IE7 user said this happened after the Confluence upgrade to 2.8.1 (from 2.7.3).
