When the named cache which backs a TangosolClusteredFifoBuffer loses entries (due to expiry or overflow), the implementation does not attempt any recovery but will get stuck on null entries at the current pointer location.

Instead, the implementation should look at the present key set of the underlying cache and adjust the buffer pointers to suit.
