Upgrade JavaMail dependency to 1.4.1

      JavaMail 1.4.1 contains many bug fixes over 1.3.3 which we currently ship. The 1.4 jars are also freely available from Sun's maven repositories, making it easier for plugin developers to get a working dev environment. We should upgrade this dependency
