The installer unnecessarily prompts user to overwrite files during upgrade installation

      During upgrade installation the installer displays a "file already exists...would you like to overwrite it" dialog.
      Given that the installar has already prompted the user to overwrite the selected destination directory this dialog is unnecessary and should not be displayed.
