Users can't reply or edit comments in IE6 with the Default Theme

      User can't edit and reply a comment in page by using the Default Theme. Other themes are working fine.

      After clicking the edit/reply link, there isn't any editors shown. This problem happens in IE 6, however, it's working fine in IE 7 and Firefox.
